Professional Summary

I am a Relational Somatic Therapist and Integrative Counsellor working from a trauma-informed, attachment-based lens. My work integrates talk therapy with body-based awareness, supporting clients to build capacity, regulation, and deeper connection to themselves and others.

I work well with complexity… clients navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, relational challenges, and those who feel deeply or at times struggle to feel at all. My approach is collaborative, experiential, and rooted in present-moment awareness.

Alongside counselling, I bring a strong background in group facilitation and therapeutic movement, creating spaces that are accessible, relational, and grounded in nervous system awareness.
